Currently you do not expose an endpoint to update a subscription, let alone update a paymentInstrumentId. Currently I tokenize cards for my users, who then subscribe with the tokenized card. If that card expires during before the rebill, it will fail. There i no way to update the payment method for the user. Important for full lifecycle management of subscriptions.
